Lime Cilantro Rice - Chris Call Golightly
1 C Rice 1 T Butter 1 Can Chicken Broth Zest of 1 Lime Salt to taste Cook on low for 20 minutes
Then add: 3 T Lime Juice 3 T Sugar 1/4 C Cilantro - minced
